Cee Purlins are used as both purlins and girts. When used as purlins, the cee-purlin is laid horizontally along the length of the roof, providing support for the sheets. As a girt, the cee-purlin provides stability and attachment points for wall panels and fencing application. The structural shape provides strength while the thin gauge of the steel minimizes weight and provides the ease of using sheet metal screws.
